The work we do focuses a lot on the careers of racialized professionals, and in our conversations, inevitably the topic of health comes up. I'm continually reminded of the profound impact that inequities in health care have on our careers and our ability to do our best work. It's crucial to recognize the interconnectedness of health, equity, and professional success.

In this Culture Chat, Dr Kyeremanteng dives into strategies for improving the health and wellness of the black community, focusing on optimizing nutrition, movement/exercise, stress reduction, and community building.

Dr. Kyeremanteng is a passionate advocate for efficient healthcare resource allocation and access to palliative care. He’s the founder of the Resource Optimization Network and the host of the “Solving Healthcare with Kwadwo Kyeremanteng” podcast. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, he launched ‘Solving Wellness,’ a virtual platform providing health, fitness, and self-care for healthcare professionals.
